Data Deletion & Account Removal
You control your data in Airi.
Delete your data
- If you signed in (account/profile): email us at contact@airi.cam from the same email used in the app with the subject "Delete my Airi account".
- If you didn't create an account (local-only use): Airi stores data only on your device. Deleting the app removes local data. Photos sent for AI recognition are processed transiently and not kept unless you explicitly saved results.
What will be deleted
- Profile and identifiers (if any)
- Food diary, skin journal, water & fasting logs
- AI analysis results and insights
- Cloud backups (if enabled)
What we may retain (legal/safety)
Minimal records required to comply with the law (fraud, billing, security logs) — for the legally required period only.
Subscription note (App Store)
Deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Verification & timing
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the email/account.
- We complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by email.
